Show single attribute variation image based on specific attribute

Without using a plugin and only using Woodmart features .. is it possible to make the variation image change only by choosing the color swatch even though the second attribute (in this case a size) still has not been chosen. I know there is a Premiere plugin that does it, I bought it and it works but it is slowing down the website and creating conflicts throughout. I would prefer if I can recreate this effect with no 3rd party plugin. I would then deactivate the plugin I purchased and the website would run much smoother.

Ok, I understand your issue, please go to edit the product >> Variations >> Edit the Variations >> Upload the image for that variation than when you will click on the Color it will change the image: https://ibb.co/z73yyjZ

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Now I got your point.
But unfortunately there is no option in Theme Settings to achieve what you require. You have to use a plugin for that.
Because the products and variations are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

For a fee, can your programmers supply me with a script to make the theme do it?
Like I said, a $49 USD plugin does it so it is possible but I would need to add the script.
