Show Single Variation

Hello, I have Show Single Variation and Hide Variations Parent selected. This is working properly as expected.

What I want to know is – that is there a way exclude some products for which we do want not to use these options.

There is no such functionality in our theme at the moment and this option works globally only. But we will consider adding this ability in our future updates.
