Show specific categories on (main) shop page

Dear support,
how can I set the main shop page /shop/ to display products from specific categories?
e.g. I have 5 product categories, BUT in the main /shop/ page I want to show products from only 4 of the categories.
How can I fo that?

Hello,

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that because the products catalogue is controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.
