Showing just relevant attributes

Hey,
I have three attributes: color, effect, logo
But not every variant is possible. So added just the twelve possibilities.
For example one color is only in one variants, but the customer has to select the other attributes too, also there is just one option.
How is it possible that the other attributes are selected if there is nothing to choose?

The attribute appears when there are products assigned to the attributes items to sort out. If none of the products has this attribute the attribute would not appear. This is the default Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart theme cannot change it.
