I don’t know how to add the category menu on the left and I want to add a menu here. Can you share an SOP for this?

Firstly, create a menu via Appearance -> Menus, and that created menu define in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Sticky categories navigation. https://prnt.sc/dg3xX0Rg4u_C
