I have added a filter in show sidebar section on my shop page named COURSES, when I apply and click filter it get filtered but sidebar does not get collapsed as generally it does when we use other filters. How to make it work please guide. I’m sharing link please check.

Please provide solution for this its a easy stuff you can sort out easily with some code. They have option use theme format but still I’m facing the same issue. Hope you will help me.

You are using Woo Product Filter plugin, please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Well I do business and my products are not size oriented neither color oriented they are fully categorized and category oriented, so I need different product categories filter, if woodmart theme it self not provide any good options for this then it is hard to say but what is the use of having such multipurpose theme.

On your suggestions I have talk to plugin support to they say we have add a button which says use them style but still the issue continue doesn’t resolve they further say that contact theme support for Customisation if it doesn’t resolve.

Please provide me a better solution hope you understand my issue, also if its possible then please make an update that resolve this issue of filter by categories and tags for woodmart theme. Because this functionality is must needed in this theme for businesses like us.(categories oriented)

Please reply ASAP, also provide a permanent solution.

Also please provide a solution for at least for a topic I have raised this support for.

Thanks for your patience.

You can create other attributes rather than colors, sizes attributes. According to your shop page, I can see there are 2 attributes called: Courses and Faculties so you can go to Products > Attributes to create these rather than using extra plugins.
