Sidebar display order

Hello, I have one problem with sidebar on mobile view on checkout page.

Instead of first displaying the form with the entry of the customer’s details, the order summary is displayed. How can I change this?

I knew this. But I want the Order Summary to appear on the computer screen in the right column, as I had it, and not below of customer’s details.
