saad-7889ParticipantIf I click the forgot your password link in the sidebar that pops up from the login/register button, it uses a relative link than an absolute one. The link should be directing to amsfashionhouse.com/my-account/lost-password but rather if I am on any page, it will instead just add the /lost-password/ end point to it. So from the home page of amsfashionhouse.com it becomes amsfashionhouse.com/lost-password or if I am on one of the product pages it goes from https://www.amsfashionhouse.com/shop/men/adult-premium-heavyweight-pullover-hoodies-mh13101/ to https://www.amsfashionhouse.com/shop/men/adult-premium-heavyweight-pullover-hoodies-mh13101/lost-password/
How can I fix this?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

saad-7889ParticipantI’ve tried with the plugins disabled but that didn’t work. Feel free to take a look on your own

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but we can’t enter https://gyazo.com/241b8e45200f4e7a066c90cf48d8d44b
Also, please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so we can test this.March 15, 2025 at 4:19 am #646060
saad-7889ParticipantYou should be able to access it now. Please note that I can not just leave the plugins deactivated as they control core functions and my site is live. I have tested with the plugins disabled and was unable to get the issue resolved.

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards
