sidebar hidden after a while

    hello team , we have a problem with our theme. when we add product to shopping cart sidebar show and it going hidden after 2 , 3 second. how can we fixed this issue?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme. Then clear the cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.
