Sidebar Issue

Hi,

I can’t get the sidebar to display in full. It seems the sidebar is divided into 2 or 3 columns. Can’t change this anywhere. Tried all possible options in your theme. See screenshot.

Please navigate to the Theme Settings > General layout and set the size of the sidebar. Besides, enter the page and check the local option for the sidebar size https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

I Have tried every single combination and the sidebar doesn’t work anywhere. I changed in the theme settings and individual pages and no changes.

Code is very messy. It thinks there is 3 columns/widgets in the sidebar? I have disabled some lines of code and temporarily fixed the issue. Specifically *inc/integrations/woocommerce/functions.php* (line 556)
When can I expect the fix for this?

Enter the shop page and check the custom sidebar which you have set for the shop page. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

There should be Shop page widget area.

Unfortunately that still doesn’t work. I had to change some code to make this work. Again, it’s thinking there is 3 widgets in the sidebar and displaying them horizontally instead of vertically.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide your site admin access to the private area. Please remove the code customization which you have added.

If you run the child theme switch to the parent.
