Sidebar not in a column

Dear Support,

For the Shop page I want to use the 2 column Shop Layout, however the sidebar is under the products.

As far as I can see there is a class sidebar-left, but it’s empty.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme provide the site admin access to the private area so that we could check.

we found the issue there was an Elementor component in the header, somehow the Elementor builder interfered with the styling.

However the Product description collapsed.

We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict. Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one to discover which one influence.
