    Hello support,

We are updating the client’s website which was previously done with WP Bakery Builder. We have an issue with the “Show Sidebar” button which appears only on smaller devices, please check https://prnt.sc/mdiNXK9Yl9dj

In the HTML the element is empty, please check: https://www.loom.com/share/9b61871458914d0f9d547e6a53a3eddc

https://staging4.theecigstore.ie/product-category/vape-pods/refillable-pods/ – staging website where we are using Elementor

https://theecigstore.ie/product-category/vape-pods/refillable-pods/ – live website, where we are using WP Bakery builder.

When we disable the condition on Elementor template, and use WPBakery template, everything works.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

Navigate to Layouts > Edit Layout with Elementor and add the off canvas columns button in the layout. You should have 2 columns and one of them should have the Column role for the off-canvas layout option.
You can read more here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-off-canvas-sidebar/

    Best Regards

    Hi,

We don’t have an “off canvas columns button” and we can’t set the column role for the off-canvas layout “Container > Advanced Settings > [XTmose Extra]”.

Also “Layouts” for some reason doesn’t work when edited with Elementor, and added a condition for the “Product Archive”.

    Would you like login access?

    Hello,

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.6 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards
