Sidebar on Category Pages

I’d like my main Shop page to show no sidebar but the sub-categories to have a left sidebar.

Right now I have left sidebar enabled under Shop Layout in theme settings but on my actual shop page settings I disabled sidebars.

Now no sidebar shows on any category. Anyway to have it disabled only on the top level category which is the Shop page?

Actually, categories pages in WooCommerce use the same template file as the shop page and you can’t use different settings for them.

Thanks, I ended up removing the sidebar using CSS on my main shop page and adjusting the content width to full.

Works as I wanted now and the others still have a sidebar.
