Sidebar problems

I have the problem that my sidebar closes automatically after I have selected one of many attributes. Example I choose color but still want to choose price and have to open the sidebar every time again to choose the other attribute. Instead of selecting and filtering both

Sorry but this is how it works by default. And there is no option in Theme Settings available to change that.
