Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builderThank you in advance

plugins are disabled.September 12, 2023 at 12:47 pm #495279
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
After I looked into the situation, I found that you displayed the filters in the left sidebar via the wrong filter area. The “Shop filter” widget shouldn’t be defined in the sidebar (you can define it above or below the archive products).
So you need to define all your filters via the “Shop page Widget area” and set it in the “Sidebar” element of your layouts.
Kind Regards

martin.opalenyParticipantThank you, perfect! 🙂
can you plaese help me with another thing? :
Im trying to set up the Page Title like here:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/other/hand-made/But with no success. Hove is it possible to set up the “Page Title” section to show me the name of the actual section and the background picture of actual section? And there is also a little navigation arrow in front of the page title.
Thanks a lot.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In this case, I suggest you use Theme Settings presets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/
Thus, you can set any image for each category.
In the meantime, feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
Kind Regards
