    How can I simulate a purchase on my website? I think I saw an option in the back office, but I can’t find it anymore.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your site, and it appears that all the products are currently marked as out of stock, which is likely preventing you from completing a simulated purchase.

    To proceed, please try setting at least one product to “In Stock” by editing the product inventory settings under Products > Edit Product > Inventory and updating the stock status.

    Once updated, you’ll be able to simulate a purchase as expected.

    To simulate a purchase on your website, you can place a test order by following these steps:

    Use “Cash on Delivery” or a Manual Payment Method

    1. Go to your website frontend.
    2. Add a product to the cart.
    3. Proceed to checkout.
    4. Choose a manual payment method like Cash on Delivery.
    5. Complete the order — this will simulate a real purchase without requiring an actual payment.
