I think you have not read proper quations only copy past answer.

I need releted blog show in 3 column or more column.
I need related blog show inside slider one frame show 3 slider then show another 3 blog.

Sorry for the inconveniences you are experiencing.

– Copy single.php file located in root theme to Child theme.

– Replace code line 'slides_per_view' => 2, to 'slides_per_view' => 3, and check again.

Unfortunately, in order to change UI then it requires more customization than number of related items. There is no quick way to change it without additional customization in files and we don’t have an instruction for this which is out of our basic support scope.
