Single Image not working on Html Block

Dear Xtemos,

May i know why the single image element is not working on html block?

We don’t know why they don’t work and are not able to check it. But you can simply use Text Block instead of the Single image and use simple HTML code to display an image

<img src="http://website.com/path/to/your/image/name.jpg" alt="" title="" />.

Did you guys change other image to try it?

i think is html block problem, because previously it working fine with other html block but don’t know suddenly not working on [html_block id="2298"]

Sorry, but as we mentioned, when we try to visit your website it loads for a few minutes without any result, we can’t check it. Just use HTML tag as we gave you to display your images there.

Yes, it is a screenshot from your website. All pages are loaded very slow. Maybe there is some country restrictions on your server.

Actually the hosting provider is want you guys to check your guys ip address because in their side your ip address is ok. Maybe you can check on your google chrome clear cache or internet setting.

This issue is caused by the CSS code added by some of the installed plugins. Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

Did you guys try to fix the overwrite problem when install filter plugin (any one of them) it will always show the css problem.
