like an grid of two colums, i think that i can use combined grid option and with some CSS code could do that, can you help me please.

You can check the thumbnail position in Theme Settings > SIngle Product > images > Thumbnails position.

HTML Structures does not allow it with custom css. It requires customization and beyond our support policy.
Go to Theme Settings > Single Product > images > choose the Thumbnails position.
