So, I have created single product here https://wedloot.com/product/pinewood-jumbo-basket
But there is no add to cart option visible also I have added plugin called Product Options for WooCommerce which is also not working.
Now check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache the add to cart button is showing fine on your site.
