Single product layout to link the content for Before “Add to cart button “

When creating a single product layouts I fail to link the content for Before “Add to cart button” and After “Add to cart button”, I already test with the available elements and none of them work. I would like to know how to solve it.

You are using Custom Single Product layout, while Theme Settings are usually apply for Default layouts only.

When I don’t create any custom layout, the Content Before “Add to cart button” or After “Add to cart button” function works perfectly, but when I create a product layout I can’t make this function work, that’s what I need you to help me.

Yes, as I explained above: Theme Settings are usually apply for Default layouts only, while you are using Custom Single Product Layout.
