single product page

I want to behave attributes according to this page that I am sharing. for example, if I click on the stitched category the attributes below change according to stitched, and also when I select unstitched the attributes below change according to unstitched.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
