Single Product Page – Add to Cart Button Width !

Hello I have set the single product page add to cart button to around 70% width .

How do I make it so the quantity selector and add to cart button auto adjust to show on the same line on mobile and desktop ?

On mobile view the quantity selector is pushed above the add to cart button ?
