hi, hahaha i wish Luke Nielsen can assist me again, how can i make the choices of the variation variable to “choose an option”? not in swatches, like i attached in the picture

Navigate to Products -> Attributes -> edit Size attributes and for each attribute disable the “Color swatch” and “Text swatch” options – https://prnt.sc/ZXy0LZZnXauI then they should be shown via dropdown as on your screenshot.
