Single product page problem

when I scroll down the (all) page, it show the code as photo shown.

Hello, there is a second problem,
I use a product tab on a single product layout,
in elementor, it shows 3 tabs, but when I see my product page,
it shows extra tab of [Shipping & Delivery].
my question is How to add or delete the extra tab shown, where is the setting?

I check all page again and the product page also show that
