single product page tabs display

Hi

I’ve added custom tabs on product page

1. I have 4 tabs information but in your theme tabs its only displaying tab1 and tab2 (no option showing to add more tabs). How can we add more tabs to display on single product page ?

2. By adding third party plugin (“Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce”) I’ve added additional tabs but its showing one below each other, How can it be displayed side by side. Also why its displaying tab title twice ?

1. “Layout” Section of “Product Setting (custom metabox from theme)”
2. Custom tabs section

but the HTML block content is not showing in single product page

Regarding the Additional Tabs under the Theme, there are two options available:

There are 3 Global Additional Tabs available which are accessible under the Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs > Additional Tabs: https://xtemos.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/single-product-tabs-wd-7.jpg

Further, when you edit the Product > there you can find the option to add two Additional Tabs that will only work on that specific Product: https://snipboard.io/2EDKcn.jpg

Regarding the Heading appearing twice, you can turn off the toggle option Hide tabs headings available under the Product edit additional tabs and global additional tabs too as mentioned in above Image.

Now, regarding the content of the HTML Block not showing, please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

I can see there are 3 global tabs (it seems to have common content for all the products ? )

But I need to add 4 tabs for each product which contain product specific content only. Can you inform how can I add more tabs for product specific content ?

1- Firstly, we have noticed that the PHP version on your Site isn’t updated to the standard version mentioned by WP. Kindly, update that to 7.4 to avoid any issues on the Site related to this.

Regarding Tabs appearing below each other, actually you had created a Custom Single Product layout on your Site under the Dashboard > Layouts > and in that for the Product tabs element you had selected All open style which is why they are being shown like that: https://snipboard.io/zBEDuQ.jpg

We have now selected Tabs for them.

2- Global Additional tabs are the ones which appear the same for all Products. Further, sorry to say but unfortunately right now there are only two specific Tabs option available for Products

Also the “Additional Information” section is blank but its showing heading on product page, shouldn’t it be hidden if attributes section is blank ?

1- To hide the Tabs Heading, you can go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs > there you can find the option of Hide tab headings > just enable it: https://snipboard.io/vnODY7.jpg

Same option can be found for the Custom Tabs that you specifically add under a Product.

2- Actually, in this regard the thing is the Additional Information Table element that you have used under your Custom Product Layout is working fine but you have added a static Section Title element which doesn’t works dynamically according to the Product which is why you are still seeing the Title Heading but not the Table because the Product itself doesn’t contain one: https://snipboard.io/STvsai.jpg

If you want to make things dynamically according to the Product then try using the Product Tabs element of the Theme in that layout, it will then show the Tabs accordingly.

) and check its option where I have selected option to hide tab heading (Tab1) but its still showing

So, we have further evaluated this concern on your Site and found out that the Tab Heading isn’t appearing on the Site for the Custom Layout that you have on your Site. It’s just the Tab title appearing which is mandatory for a Tab: https://snipboard.io/x1C7dS.jpg
