I want to edit portion that is under the product.see in image. i just want description in that portion only. nothing else

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > disable the option product reviews.

For additional information tab try to add following custom css code in theme settings > custom css > global cusom css area:

li.wd_additional_tab_tab {
  display: none;
}
