Single product pages issues!

Hi support team.

On the product page, I can’t choose any variations (select options) and therefore you can’t add to cart and the quantity + / – doesn’t add and the Color selektion in the single product sidebar, doesn’t find any products.

Everything works in Quick View and front shop.

So what could be the problem?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Thanks, I found the plugin that causes most of the problems and that was actually, the last one I suspected. Namely “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway”

So do I need to find another gateway or should I just reinstall it?

But there is still a problem with the Sidebar!
Woodmart WooCommerce Layered Nav “color” and others widgets doesn’t work, on the sidebar – in the single product page.

I might as well ask you, while I’m here.
Which plugins, do I really need and which ones can I delete?

Here is the list of plugins which are related to our theme:

Safe SVG

You can delete all the rest if you do not need them.

Please as soon as you deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, check the widgets work. You will have to find another plugin instead of WooCommerce Stripe Gateway

I didn’t work. So I reinstalled everything and even after that, the widget doesn’t work. But now the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway works. 😉 So I guess, I will have to live without any color selektion, on the product page?

But I still have a problem with the promo popup, even after a new installation.

Child theme? My theme hasn’t been Configurated into a Child theme. So you recommend, that I set my woodmart them, to a Woodmart child theme? Can I use the Child Theme Configurator plugin?

Please enter your Themeforest account and download the full theme folder. You will find the child theme, download and install your site would not change at all.

We shall fix the issue in the nearest theme update and you will be able to switch to the parent theme and delete the child.
