Single Product Thumbnail Position

Is it possible to allow this product thumbnail view setting so it only shows x2 thumbnails and has a scroll button either side like some of the other thumbnail view options.
As currently if you have more than x2 thumbnails they fill too much of the screen vertically…

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
