    Hello,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

We have confirmed from the Test Site, the Elementor editor for the Custom Single Product Builder is working fine. So, this clears the fact that it is not an issue at the Theme level.

So, we have came across an Article of the Elementor regarding the mentioned Error:

    https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-the-preview-could-not-be-loaded-error/

So, kindly check this Article and follow the mentioned ways in it to resolve this. Hopefully, it will work out for you.

    Best Regards

But Elementor is working on other things like pages and posts and HTML Blocks too. But It happened with Layouts only. In the Layouts option elementor is not loading.

If I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Three it works but with YOUR THEME WOODMART is not working. Why that issue come here?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme needed ones activated and then check back the issue again. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

So, we have further checked this issue on your Site and deactivated all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme ones activated and then checked back the Layouts again. They were editing with Elementor fine. Here is the Video for reference in this regard: https://www.veed.io/view/0156ed76-fe6d-479d-91b6-df7b4af0f159

So, it is a third party Plugin issue on your Site. For the time being, we have reactivated them again. You need to deactivate them one by one now to check which one is causing the conflict.

    Best Regards

Hello My WOODMART WOOCOMMERCE LAYERED NAV filter is working on my website.

    #421532

    Hello,

Firstly, we want to Apologize for any sort of inconvenience that you had to go through on your Site.

Secondly, there is a reason that we mentioned that the things are working fine at the Theme level and there are no issues at the Theme level because the Test Site is the place where we check the issues to confirm if there are any issues occurring at the Theme level or not. So, when we check your mentioned issues on our Test Site and they are not occurring there so this clears the fact that issue is specifically on your Site and there can be multiple reasons for that either third party Plugins conflict, some Settings issue or some Cache issue. So, regarding the Single Product Layout concern on your Site, when we deactivated the third party Plugins on your Site and then checked back the Custom Single Product Layout, it was working fine by then.

So, at that moment it cleared the fact that it was not the Theme end issue but some third party Plugin was causing the conflict. So, that’s why we thought now to make you understand a bit regarding these. Hope you won’t mind and understand the situation here.

Now, regarding the Filters you have mentioned that “My WOODMART WOOCOMMERCE LAYERED NAV filter is working on my website”. So, by that you mean that the Filters shouldn’t work on your Site? Is it what you are referring to?

Because we have confirmed further on your shared URL, the Filters seem to be working fine.
Please check the following Video for reference in this regard: https://www.veed.io/view/42d80647-5709-4bb2-a7b8-8a9880c879ee

    Best Regards
