Single theme license on main domain and sub domain

I want to create a subdomain can I install a single theme in the main domain and a subdomain in WordPress simultaneously? i.e
cadsingo.com
m.cadsingo.com

It doesn’t matter how the link looks, the main thing is that the license can be activated for 2 websites: production and staging, for the staging website you need to select the Development domain: https://take.ms/Xj0rB and then activate it.
