Single Variations Problem

We are using single variations, but product category is empty, if you click the parent category you will not saw the products but if you clich the shop page, all products is looking

https://bycevahir.com.tr/shop/ < Shop page
https://bycevahir.com.tr/urun/kanguru-cep-gul-kurusu-elbise/?attribute_pa_beden=42&attribute_pa_renk=kahverengi < this is the dres product this is looking on shop page, but didnt looking category page
