Site changes are not taking effect

Hello. Im making changes to the site but the changes are not taking effect. For example, I’ve changed the top bar to a different color and it remains the same blue. Additionally, my fonts won’t change.

Please deactivate all the caching plugins and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

Hi, sorry, no. I meant the top bar on the site as well as the actual font family, both from within the site options. Please see attached screenshots.
The font is set to be Lato but it remains as Roboto.
Also the color has been set to change in the top bar but it hasn’t changed.

As for the font-family https://prnt.sc/qdx4qo You have set the font in the element and it has a higher priority than the font in the Theme Settings.
You have updated the theme, however, you did not follow the instructions provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/
I have deactivated CMB2 and Redux Frameworks and everything works correctly. Please delete these plugins they are no more needed.
