Site changes only after clicking “clear cache” in WP Rocket

Hello, I’m having problems: When I make changes to the site, they only become visible and change when I click on “clear cache” in wp rocket. Is this normal? Can you check my settings or guide me please?

the page is cached and to see the changes you need to clear the cache and then the changes will be updated. The cache plugins have such work so it’s not an issue.
