Site crashes on customizing

Site crashes when i open the coustmize and is generally really slow. PageSpeed gives it an 8 on mobile and 18 on desktop. I have not installed anything but the demo content. I have also tried it on a different server with the same result.

Most likely the theme has been installed incorrectly, please try to reinstall or confirm the permit do it if you need help with this.

This is getting a bit ridiculous. Do you even read the messages I have sent you?
As I have already said, I have already tried this multiple times, on different servers and its still not working…
I have no idea what confirm the permit means. I have given you access. Please fix the issue or tell me what’s wrong on my end.

Please confirm the permit to reinstall the theme. I have checked on the Storefront it works.
I checked the Appearance > Customize on WoodMart, I can enter nothing crashes, however, I can not get back. That is why I think the reason is the incorrect theme installation.

Yes, i confirm the permit to reinstall and do whatever you have to do. As i said its just dummy content.
It still crashes / have to wait a loooooong time on all my computers and im pretty sure the problem is not on my end.
