First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme clear cache, and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Now I want to add from the theme templates.
But it doesn’t do any more.

We are glad that one of your issues has been resolved by deactivating the third-party plugins.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

The WP-Bakery Page builder content could not be edited using Elementor and the same for Elementor. Because both the page builders have different structures and layout etc.

And for the Wp-Bakery layouts not loading please deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

And you have deactivated the WoodMart theme and activated another theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme activate the main WoodMart theme then tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

The issue seems to be with the third party plugin you can try reactivating one by one to check which plugin is causing the issue.
