Site is messed up on IE and Mozilla, killing sales

Please help, this isnt right, I asked before and I got some plugin answers that didnt work.
Site looks great on Chrome, but look at it on IE or Mozilla.
Big chunk of the main page is pushed off to the right of the screen. Why?
Please help!

As soon as the problem occurs, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check
