Site is not loading some times

Today we have made some changes ( thumbnail ratio of woocommerce products) and update it after some time the site was down . We have change the server to AWS and also this issue is coming frequently. What can be the issue for this.

We have tried out as you told. We crate a stagging site and first we deactivate each plugin one by one and found out that plugin is not affecting the issue. Then we switch to default theme, there also the issue is not found. When we switch back to woodMart theme issue was found. I will share the staging site details. So that you can check it.

Today we create a new test site and update the theme, when we update the theme header area was broken. We were editing the home page after some time when we make some changes and try to save it site can’t be reached message was found. What can be the reason for this ?

Can you please tell on which test site you tried, because the test site we created was not working.
Additionally, If you make a change for the first time and save it will not go down, if we do same activity again and again it will go down. The changes what we were doing was – in the home page there is a session to display products, but the products that was listing there was not the latest one so we edit by changing order by into date, title, id etc.. at that time ( ie, changing some 3 or options) site go down. Can you try out like this
