site is slow

Site page load is about 1 sec with a default template and 4-5 sec with woodmart. It doesn’t seem right, and as stated in your optimization guide, I need to contact support.

Check how it works with the default WordPress theme to see the difference between it and WoodMart. You need to do the test on the shopping cart page because other pages may have different content. Note that the speed may be different by 10-15% that is normal. But if you see that it is slower 2-3x times then you can contact our support for help.

In this case, please, send us some screenshots or videos comparing our theme and WordPress default one. Also, send us your admin access so we can check this ourselves too.

Note that we disabled the categories menu while testing because it has a lot of different content like images and products. It would be better to enable AJAX dropdowns there to optimize.
