Site is slow and mobile site even slower

Website still quite slow…I am using the fastest server. I use imagify to minimise all the images and yet I still have a site that doe not run fast. OK… so I can pick almost any site from my competition and they have an extremely fast site. such as https://www.easypromo.com.au/ now compare that to my site.: simplyaust.com.au. Am I missing something. I also try deactivating all plugins and still takes too long. I have worked and worked on this but cannot find why?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Even my dashboard goes much faster once I deactivate Woodmart…..its been like this ever since i purchased this….can you send me to a link to another woodmart website to see if they are all this slow…?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

As we can see, your website is much faster now. We also don’t see any problems on the backend. Could you please also enable the cache plugin to see how it works?

We didn’t change anything on your website. It was either affected by some of the installed plugins or some custom code in the child theme.

Aha…I was using the child theme so a big change ….I don’t think I will do this anymore as any custom changes may cause issues as it did…..Thank you for your help

Sorry to interrupt… but also my backend is very, very slow. What changes did you make to make it faster?

Hi….I was using a child theme and simply changed to the main theme as there were scripts in the child theme that were slowing the site down….probably not helpful to you unfortunately
