Site is very slow.

my website is very slow. I already deactivated all unnecessary plugins and isntalled the plugin Super Cache. But it only helped I little bit. On GTMetrix the score was 5% so it took almost 20 sec. Now its is around 7% and 12 sec. but still very slow. I cant find the reason. Maybe you can help me with that?
