site issues with woodmart theme

Hi, Good Day
I have some issues in my site:
– The checkout page displays this error message”There are some issues with the items in your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out.” , when we checked the site status we found there is a conflict between the theme and site, your help about this issue please.
– In checkout if you missing required field the checkout stops without giving a validation or error message.
– When logged in and a link is opened in a new tab, site opens with user logged out.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Yes i changed theme to on of the default themes, and i found bellow points:
– When logged in and a link is opened in a new tab, site opens with user logged out.(It’s working Good without user logout).
– Still have a problem on missing message on fields validation.
– The cart issues not happened in your theme and with default theme, I cannot check this issue because it’s happened only when we have a flash sale discounts and a lot of users visit the site.

If the problem appears with the default theme also then it is not something related to WoodMart. The problem is caused by something else.

Try to go to Theme Settings -> Performance and disable the option “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)”. Clear the cache and test how it works.
