site migration

hi support, I have to migrate the dev site to a new site. I do not want to clone the full site as there is lots of garbage, so that I need to migrate (or export/import) only selected things.
As for the theme settings and headers it’s easy.
What about sidebars, html blocks and template? is there an export/import feature or what do you suggest me to do?
The same also for pages, menu, widgets, media …

I’m not sure if this works but you can give this one a try.

Tools > Export > Tick your option > Click on "Export file" button.

on your new website, just go to tools > import
