Site performance issues

Hi,

I am at my wits end with trying to get my site performance to an acceptable level. It is a small site, images etc are optimised (webp / avif format), br is enabled and I am using WP Rocket. Ironically the site loads faster without WP Rocket.

I have followed all of your optimisation guides and reached out to Wp Rocket. The only thing that helps with WP Rocket is to delay js execution, but that renders my site useless because nothing loads and it destroys woodmart slider and all page animations even on scroll.

Just wanted to ask for some help before accepting I may need to rebuild in a different environment.

-LCP request discovery: Make the images lighter.
