Site Speed and Loading Sluggish

Hey Team, I’ve installed and built my site using Woodmart with the Travel Demo imported as layout.
But my website is functioning very sluggishly – the pages take long to load and I’m experiencing the delays via desktop and mobile irrelevant of wifi speed.
Any idea if it could be plugin related causing the server to max out response times or perhaps specific hosting server requirements to be aware of?
Should I reinstall and attempt a rebuild? As it was similar on the staging server.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
