Site Title and Tagline line remain unchanged

I have change my Site Title and Tagline line but it doesn’t show as i changed . It shows with home page title like “home base-Lilabali Xpress” It should be Like ” lilabali Xpress-Online shopping in Bangladesh.
I need your help regarding this.
I have attached screen shot here that i changed.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

You can change that in the Dashboard > Settings > General

I don’t see look like you , i have attached screen shots with your screen shot.
My point is here It should be Like ” lilabali Xpress-Online shopping in Bangladesh”.In general every web site show site title and tag line that changed from Dashboard .
Dashboard > Settings > Genera> Site Title> lilabali Xpress
Dashboard > Settings > Genera> Tagline> Online shopping in Bangladesh
But it showing “Home base-Lilabali Xpress”
