Site width problem

before the last update, we had the custom site width 1300 and I noticed the site width option not working.

try on your demo site make the site width 1600 and its not going to work.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Please, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme first. And send us your FTP access as well.

Please check

You said that the problem is caused by the update but we see that the version is outdated now. Please, update the theme to the latest version first and be sure that all files are replaced with new.
