piotrburchartParticipantHi,
I just made the Size Guide with two images and two info boxes and noticed that 2nd image (below the first one) and icons next to the 2nd image are missing on the live view page. Please see the attached.

Peter

piotrburchartParticipantFebruary 13, 2025 at 12:46 pm #637814Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

piotrburchartParticipantHi, I already deactivated all plugins and there is still problem.
Please see credentials below:February 14, 2025 at 6:49 am #638018Hello,
I have just checked your site again in incognito mode and it works perfectly fine for me, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/56WZcQHb
It looks like a lazy loading or caching issue. When you inspect the page and first switch pages, the images load correctly, but after reloading, they disappear in the size guide popup.
Possible causes and solutions:
If images are set to lazy load, they may not appear correctly inside the popup. Try disabling lazy loading for those images from Theme Settings > Performance > Lazy Loading.
Clear the website and browser cache/ server cache to see if it resolves the problem.

piotrburchartParticipantThank you for your answer.
I checked and indeed Lazy Loading was the cause. But this is finding the cause but no answer, because I don’t want to disable Lazy Loading for other photos. Is there a way to disable Lazy Loading only for size guide popups, and if not can you fix it? Thank you
February 14, 2025 at 11:50 am #638066Hello,
Try to use the Theme presets. Here is our article on how to use it: https://ibb.co/1tRVRVb5
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/So after creating a preset, you need to disable the lazy loading in its settings: https://prnt.sc/cNoffnFMGZdM
Then Clear the site cache and check the issue.

piotrburchartParticipantThank you for your help.
I checked and saw that the preset is already made but it still doesn’t work. Only when I turn it off globally does it work.
I checked in incognito mode, clear cache, etc.Attachments:

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, enabling the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!

piotrburchartParticipantGood morning, thank you for your help. Please just tell me what the problem was, were my settings wrong or was the problem on your side?
February 15, 2025 at 1:34 pm #638338Hello,
I have created a new preset on your site and disabled lazy loading.

February 15, 2025 at 2:09 pm #638347
piotrburchartParticipantHi, could you tell me what was wrong with the previous one? I created two and they didn’t work either?
Thanks
February 15, 2025 at 2:28 pm #638353
piotrburchartParticipantI’m asking so I don’t bother you next time.
February 17, 2025 at 8:38 am #638511Hello,
The issue was that the previous presets did not meet the required condition settings, which is why they were not working as expected.
Best Regards.
February 17, 2025 at 11:26 am #638596
piotrburchartParticipantThank you. I noticed that you changed to a custom – a single product, which doesn’t make sense to me, and also, lazy laud doesn’t work for the whole single product now. In custom presets, there is a specified guide size so why doesn’t it work, what’s wrong with this setting?
February 17, 2025 at 3:16 pm #638704Hello,
Sorry for the confusion. The custom preset setting is for enabling or disabling the size guide, but it does not control the size guide content itself. Also, it is possible to disable lazy load if needed. Let me know if you need further adjustments!

piotrburchartParticipantHi, thanks for the answer, but I don’t understand why you used a custom-single-product (image 1) for the size guide instead of a post-single-page – woodmart size guide (image 2). I see that it works with this setting, but it looks like a general setting for a single product page for all images on that page, and as I said, I want to have a lazy load for the product page.

I have disabled the preset on your site for the single product page, and the images are displaying correctly.
Additionally, you can enable or disable lazy load from your cache plugin settings by following these steps:- Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache in your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Page Optimization > Media Settings.
- Locate the Lazy Load option.
If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
