Size guide not appearing on product page after latest theme update

Hi,

My size guides have stopped appearing after your latest theme update to 5.3.6. When I create a new simple product, even if I have already selected via my Size Guides post types the subcategory which belongs, the size guide is not appeared on my front-end.

Could you please check this and give me some advice?

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited the URL you provided.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

The e-shop is currently online and I can’t de-activate my plugins. Isn’t it possible to give you an admin access with a new user profile and troubleshoot the site on a separate test environment of yours? As I don’t have the option to create a clone site from my side.

Please go to Woocommerce >> Status >> Tools >> Clear the WooCommerce transients, Expired transients, and Clear analytics cache.

After that, your issue will be solved.

If the issue still occurs then provide with the admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I followed your recommended actions but the issue wasn’t resolved.

I still don’t see the size guide at my products when it is assigned via the size guides custom post type. The size guide is appeared only if I set it manually at the product page.

Your issue has been solved. Please check the https://www.giftsontop.gr/product/test/ product page after removing the browser cache.

Actually, you have not updated the WP version and also you have not selected the category for the size guide, I have selected the category for the size guide by edit the size guide: https://ibb.co/Qj3cwLL

Thank you for the update. Actually the size guides till now were working without having to select the parent category but only with selecting the subcategory in which I wished them to be assigned.

Is it necessary from now and on to select both of them, parent and subcategory while selecting product categories on each of my size guides?

For example for my size guide for rings, should I select both Rings subcategory and Women main category (in which Rings belong) or just the first one?

No, it is not necessary from now and on to select both of them, parent and subcategory while selecting product categories on each of my size guides. It will work only with the subcategory as well. Now you can see that I have unassigned the parent category from the size guide and it is showing fine on the test product here:
