Size guide not working in Woodmart

Hi,

The size guide will not display in the Woodmart theme.
Size guides have been switched on in theme settings, they have been added, they have been attached to categories and individual products in an attempt to make it display, but so for nothing.

On inspecting the size guide element, it seems to point to a dead link.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme (if you use the child theme), check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
